Sprints work fast! Not too long to feel overwhelming and long enough for you to get results
You will move forward in a great many ways in just 6 weeks. Time to absorb and implement after each call and you've also got time to feel the affect of small changes that will build your confidence with achieving the change you want...and before you know it - BOOM transformation in mindset, feelings and actions is happening
In summary, we will dive into your situation, gain clarity on where you are now, where you want to be and the steps you need to take action on
What can you expect?
- We'll have a discovery call first to see if we are a good match
- Online form to fill in, so we can hit the ground running on our first call (sent to you after you've booked in your call)
- 90 mins for our first call then 5 following 1 hour weekly sessions online via Zoom calls
- Video recording of our calls together so you can go over it again should you wish
- Weekly accountability and email/What's App support throughout
After taking one of these you are also able to buy blocks of 4-6 sessions any time intervals after that depending on your needs.

Perfect if you want to dive right in. If like me you like to dive in and hyperfocus away from distractions and interruptions this is the perfect option for you.
Whatever you need, let's look at the gap between where you are now and where you want to be and by partnering with me you'll formulate a plan to get you there.
During our time together we will unpack where you are stuck, brainstorm and formulate your plan.
In your pre-day contact with me we will have made a plan for the day, based on your needs, so you'll know exactly what we will complete on the day

What included in the package?
- Pre-meeting assessment to fill in, so we can hit the ground running
- A pre-day 30 min online zoom call to set the agenda for our day
- 1 intensive full day with me in Lichfield, Staffordshire, lunch and refreshments included...plus we'll walk too mid-day to give your brain a break
- Follow up 45 min online call a week later

- A recording and audio of the online zoom sessions

- A full day to go all in, away from distractions, with me each month online or in person.
